New procurement opportunity to work with the SparkFund Programme

The Sparkfund Programme & Flood Resilience Innovation Centre (FLIC) are looking to appoint a team of consultants to provide services across two externally funded projects.
We are seeking responses to this tender which provide costs for short term interventions with SparkFund or FLIC Beneficiary SMEs in units of whole days on a pro-rata basis. Services will be called off in whole or part days, specifically quarter and half days, and will relate to specific needs of businesses as defined within the mini-competitions.

Humber LEP

The Humber LEP is looking to appoint an innovative, creative and highly organised Digital Skills Partnership Manager.

This part-time, fixed-term position will play a pivotal role in developing a new digital partnership, working with the LEP, the University of Hull, employers, education and training providers, the four local authorities and Humber stakeholders.

Hull City Council  – Programme Officer

Hull City Council is the lead partner and accountable body in a Humber Business Growth Hub which through the #GrowMySME Programme, deliver three exciting new ERDF funded business support projects, ICT for Growth, Finance for Growth and the Business Growth Scheme.

We are looking to recruit a Programme Officer to support the Programme Manager in running the ICT for Growth Scheme, taking responsibility for processing applications, eligibility checks, producing client reports, finance, audit and monitoring and utilising and maintaining the appropriate CRM system over for the remainder of the project.

You will identify and engage with a large volume of small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) in the Humber LEP area, providing them with key information about the ICT for Growth Scheme, assessing eligibility for the programme.  You will therefore have experience of ERDF funding programmes/externally funded projects.

You will deputise for the Programme Manager in their absence and assist in the administration of the projects which make up the programme.

The programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investments Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.  Established by the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regeneration.
